This paper introduces the authors'experiences in research and developme nt of micro-capsule technology.Integrated with the development of variety salt,t he authors put forward their humble opinions and look forward to the application of the captioned technology in the development of variety salt in an attempt to enhance the technicality and added value of variety salt.
