论我国生态林业建设方略

Strategic Study on Chinese Eco-forestry

目前我国的生态林业建设面临着许多问题。我们必须以全新的理念进行体制创新、制度创新、所有制结构创新，以实现林业生产关系的变革，最大限度地解放林业生产力，以超常规的方式推进中国林业跨越式发展。文章借鉴国内外林业经营理论的研究成果，对于我国生态林业的建设，提出并阐述了“地类规划、分类经营，区别对待、统筹协调，完善政策、产业化发展”的方略。

Along with increasingly degradation of environment in China, the eco-problems we are facing have made the development of eco-forestry urgent and important than ever. In order to deali with those problems, the following approaches should be taken, such as system innovation, ownership clarification, mechanism improvement and production relationships change etc, to promote development of Chinese forestry. The paper absorbs the latest research results both from China and abroad, and puts forward following suggestions: regionalizing, classification management, integrated coordination,policy perfection and industrial development and so on.
