摘要
传统的销售渠道在渠道体制、渠道成员的关系及渠道运作上均存在问题,在市场营销环境已发生根本性变化的情况下,销售渠道创新已成为企业的必然选择。在分析传统销售渠道存在的问题及市场营销环境变化对销售渠道要求的基础上,就销售渠道如何创新提出了意见和建议。
Some problems as well as channel system, relationship among members and channel operating exist in the traditional distributing channel. Under the circumstances that the marketing condition had been changed fundamentally, the innovation of distributing channel becomes essentially important for enterprises. On the basis of analyzing the problem in the traditional distributing channel and demand of changing market, this paper provides some suggestions about how to innovate the distributing channel.
