从理论上分析了GA749型剑杆织机开车横档形成的原因.根据GA749型剑杆织机的特性,从调整送经卷取机构、确定较为合理的工艺参数、降低断头率、加强空调管理等方面探讨了减少GA749型剑杆织机开车横档的措施,取得了显著的效果.
The paper analysed the causes for the formation of starting marks in GA749 rapier looms. Some workable measures were advised to be taken by adjusting let-off and take-up mechanism, determining reasonable technological parameters, reducing breadkings and improving air-conditioning etc to reduce the starting marks.
