Ricketts Cephalometric analysis of children with normal occlusion and beautiful profile

目的 建立长春市正常貌美的侧貌儿童Ricketts分析法标准值,研究其颅颌面形态结构 特点,利于创造美的侧貌。方法 从104例正常貌样本中,按照陈氏唇型分类法中的Ⅱ型,Ⅲ1型 及Ⅲ2型"唇型标准"筛选出美的侧貌人群(男12例,女18例)进行Ricketts分析法头影测量 分析。结果 得出Ricketts分析法正常值标准。结论 长春市正常貌美的侧貌儿童的颅颌面发育 存在性别一致性,Ricketts分析法正常值标准可作为创造美的侧貌的参考。

Objective To establish the normal values of Ricketts cephalometric analysis in Changchun children with normal occlusion and beautiful profile. To study the morphological characteristic of craniomaxillofacial region in order to create esthetic profile. Method According to the lip type standard of type Ⅱ, type Ⅲ 1 and type Ⅲ 2 in Chen's lip type classification, 30 teenagers (12 males and 18 females) with beautiful profile were selected from 104 teenagers with normal occlusion. Ricketts cephalometric analysis method was used to analyze their radiographs. Results The normal values of Ricketts cephalometric analysis method were established. Conclusion Gender consistency is existed in the craniomaxillofacial development of Changchun children with normal occlusion and beautiful profile. The normal values of Ricketts cephalometric analysis can be used as reference for creating esthetic profile.
