尿毒清颗粒治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效分析

To Analyse the Effect of Niaoduqing Keli Therapy in Patients with Chronic Renal Insufficiency

目的 分析尿毒清颗粒治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效。方法 将120例慢性肾功能不全患者 随机分成治疗A组(每日服尿毒清颗粒1包),治疗B组(每日服尿毒清颗粒2包)和对照组(不 服用尿毒清颗粒),于治疗前后观察临床症状和实验室指标变化。结果 治疗A组和B组患者的临 床症状和实验室指标得到明显改善,B组效果更显著。结论 尿毒清颗粒治疗慢性肾功能不全疗效 确切,且疗效与剂量呈相关。

Objective To analyse the effect of Niaoduqing Keli therapy in patients with chronic renal insufficiency. Methods one hundred and twenty patients was randomly divided into three groups (group A,group B and group C ),Each patient in group A were given 15g Niaoduqing Keli everyday,while in group B was given 30g.Each patient in control group took no Niaoduqing Keli.The variations of the clinical symptoms and laboratory data of all were observed before and after treatment. Results the clinical symptoms and laboratory data of groups A and B shew distinct improvements, while group B shew more obvious.Conclusion The effect of Niaoduqing Keli thrapy in patients with chronic renal insufficiency was definite.The curative efftect was positive correlated with the dosage of Niaoduqing Keli.
