摘要 建立发展大规模、准确、快速、经济的HIV - 1分型技术对于及时监测HIV - 1流行状况 ,预测流行趋势 ,制定科学的防治策略具有重要的参考价值。该文就近年来HIV - 1基因分型、血清学分型、表型分型等分型技术的发展及其优缺点做一综合比较。
