摘要
本研究在罗马尼亚 Oradea大学医药学院进行 ,始于 1 998年 ,结束于 2 0 0 3年。研究的出发点为该学院的学生们提出不少的教师 ,包括一些国内外知名的学者和医生 ,因缺乏教育心理学知识 ,不能很好地理解学生 ,组织教学和传授知识。因此 ,本研究设置了问卷调查 ,学院向教员开设了教育心理学课程 ( 1 998年 1 0月~ 1 999年 7月 ) ,与学生和教师座谈 ,统计并比较学生的考试成绩 ,特别地跟踪研究全国年度 ( 1 999年~ 2 0 0 3年 )医学证书汇考结果。研究结果客观地证实了教育心理学能够提高学习 (工作 )效益和成果 ,因为教育心理学知识使得教师 (和医师 )更好地与学生 (或病人 )沟通、理解和组织。
The study undertaken in the college of medicine and pharmacy, university of oradea, Romania started from 1998 and ended in 2003. It was set off from the view-point that a large number of students remarked that teaching staves including certain famous figures in medical world at home or oversees are rather good doctors than qualified teachers, because they were lacking in psychological and pedagogical study and could not well understand how to organize and impart knowledge. From October 1998 to June 1999, the lectures of educational psychology were opened, three hours a week, to those teaching staves without psychological and pedagogical study before their teaching career. From 1999 on, all students (some 2000 Romanians and 400 foreigners) have become more and more contented with teachers’ working and almost all examination results of their subjects increased on average year after year. In particular, Romania State License Examination for Medical Graduates (RSLEMG) reconfirmed the fact that the average scores of our graduates evidently ascended from 1999 to 2003. The present study seriously and objectively verified that educational psychology can raise working efficiency and good results through better communication, understanding, organization and cooperation between teachers and students as well as between doctors and patients.
