摘要
目的 探讨团体辅导对医学新生心理素质的培养和改善作用。方法 医学院校一年级学生 ,实验组 2 3人、对照组2 0人。实验组进行为期两个月的团体心理辅导 ,对照组不做干预。干预前后两组样本配对 t检验。结果 干预前后 SCL-90总分 ,躯体化、强迫、焦虑、敌对 4个因子分以及 SAI指标上有显著性差异。结论 1团体辅导的方法对于提高医学院校新生适应性、降低焦虑水平、促进学生以开放、信任、自信的方式进行人际交往有显著的效果。 2用团体活动的形式对医学新生进行心理健康教育、培养其良好的心理素质可行且有一定优势。
Objective To discuss how to improve the mental quality of medical undiversity freshmen with group counseling method.Methods 23 freshmen of medical university were in experimental group and 20 of them were in control group.The experimental group received group counseling for about 2 months ,while the control group didn't receive that .Results There were significant differences between two groups in the score of SCL-90/body scores/forces/hostility/anxiety and SAI.Conclusion ①Group training can improve the mental quality of medical university freshmen.②Group counseling is effective in improving mental health of freshmen.
