下岗职工抑郁症状与应对方式、生活事件的相关研究

Correlation between Depressive Symptom ,Coping Style and Life Events in Unemployed Chinese Worker.

目的 探讨下岗职工的抑郁状况及其与应对方式、生活事件之间的关系。方法 随机抽取甘肃省兰州、天水、金昌、白银等地区国有和集体企业下岗职工 476人和在岗职工 43 6人为研究对象。运用抑郁自评问卷、应对方式问卷和生活事件量表分别对两组人员进行调查。结果 下岗职工存在一定抑郁倾向。相关及回归分析表明 :自责、解决问题和生活事件总分是影响下岗职工抑郁的主要因素。结论 增强下岗职工耐挫力的培养 。

Objective To explore the depression symptom and its correlation between coping style and life events in Chinese worker. Methods 476 unemployed workers and 436 employed workers were measured with DAS, LES Coping Style and so on. Results Unemployed workers had depression tendency. Correlation and regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors on depression of unemployed were self-accusation, solving problem and the total scores of life events. Conclusion Promoting the coping ability was beneficial to reduce the depression of unemployed workers.
