家庭心理干预对精神分裂症康复的随访研究

Follow up Study of Family Psychological Intervention on Schizophrenics Rehabilitation.

目的 探讨家庭心理干预对精神分裂症社会功能、复发率和病残率的影响。方法 采用随机抽样方法把 90例精神分裂症痊愈出院患者随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组仅接受药物治疗 ,干预组实施药物治疗和 1年的家庭心理干预 ,1年后随访 ,使用修改版的简明精神病评定量表 ( BPRS)和社会功能缺陷量表 ( SDSS)进行比较。结果 经 1年的家庭心理干预后 ,干预组的 BPRS总分及自知力因子分与对照组相比明显降低 ( t=2 .65～ 5 .89,P<0 .0 1 )。 1年后随访 ,两组患者的治疗率、复发率和病残率均有显著差异 (χ2 =4.89～ 1 5 .44,P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1 )。结论 家庭心理干预可提高精神分裂症患者服药依从性 ,提高疗效 ,改善社会功能 。

Objective To explore the influences of family psychological intervention on the social fuction,relapse rate,disabled rate of schizophrenics.Methods 90 schizophrenics in rehabilitation period were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,control group were treated with medication only.Study group were carried out by family psychological intervention for one year and treated with medication.At the end of the study,they were all assessed by BPRS and SDSS.Results Follow up study for a year found that the improvement of total scale of BPRS and the factor scores in insight were significantly greater in study group than in control group (P<0.01).Afcer one -year follow up study,there are statistically significant in cured rate relapse rate and disablrd rate between study group and control group .Conclusion For schizophrenics ,Family psychological intervention is helpful to enhance the efficacy,to improve the social function,to reduce relapse rate and to increase their medication compliance.
