影响中专生心理健康状况若干因素的相关研究

Research on Some Factors Affecting Mental Health of Students in Secondary Specialized School

目的 探求中专生的心理健康状况及其与人格因素、社会支持和应付方式的关系。方法 对 4所中专的 2 99名学生进行 MHT、EPQ、社会支持和应付方式问卷的测试。结果 1困扰中专生心理健康的问题主要有恐怖倾向、自责倾向、对人焦虑倾向、学习焦虑倾向和身体症状 ,在学习焦虑倾向上存在显著的年级差异。2对比高、低焦虑两组发现外向情绪稳定的学生心理健康水平要比内向情绪不稳定的人要高。低焦虑组获得的社会支持要多于高焦虑组 ,更多采取成熟的应付方式 ,少采用不成熟的应付方式。3对各焦虑因子逐步回归分析显示 ,合理化、N标准分和退避是影响中专生心理健康的主要因素。

Objective To explore the current situation of mental health of students in secondary specialized school and the relationship between it and their personalities,social support and coping styles.Methods Demand 299 students from 4 schols to do MHT,EPQ,Social Support and Coping Style Questionnaires.Results ①The students have many mental problems,and there is a significant difference in academic anxiety between grades.②Comparing high anxiety group with low,we find that the mental health of introversion and neuroticism students are worse .They get less social support and adopt less mature coping styles.③Stepwise regression shows that the main factors affecting the students' mental health are Rationalization,Neuroticism and Withdrawal.Conclusion Mental health education of students in secondary specialized school must be paid great attention to and strengthened.
