目的 研究国产富马酸奎地平对精神分裂症的临床疗效及其副作用。方法 应用富马酸奎地平与利培酮进行对照研究 ,采用 BPRS、TESS及 CGI量表分别评定疗效及副反应。结果 富马酸奎地平与利培酮疗效相似 ,富马酸奎地平组显效率 76.66% ,利培酮组显效率 73 .3 4%。结论 富马酸奎地平与利培酮对精神分裂症均有较好的疗效 ,富马酸奎地平在40 0

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effects and side effects of national quetiapine in schizophrenics.Methods Control study of quetiapine and risperidone were conducted,and curative effects and side effects were evaluated with BPRS,TESS and CGI.Results Curative effects and side effects of quetiapine were similar to that of risperidone.The effective rate of the former was 76.66% and the later was 73.34%.Conclusion Both the them have better curative effects in schizophrenics.As for quetiapine,it almost shows no EPS when used less than 400mg.
