摘要
针对我国城市轨道交通建设的特点,在梳理出10项标准要素的基础上,从系统工程的角度,提出了技术标准选择的价值分析法的应用原理和程序,并且给出方法应用示例。
By analyzing the features of the construction of urban rail transit, a set of ten technical criterion parameters for urban rail transit tine is proposed. From the view of systems engineering theory, a basic method of value analysis for selecting technical criterion parameters and its application principle are explained. An application example is illustrated as well.
