学科文献情报中心体系及其建设

On the Construction of Subject Information Centers

本文结合中国科学院学科情报网,特别是物理学情报网在学科情报建设、理论研究、服务工作和人才培养等方面的优势,论述了加强学科情报网的门类建设、业务指导和科研基金的支持等。同时阐述了使其健康成长的重要性。在此基础上,指出了坚持改革开放、坚持为科研服务、坚持整体效益的原则,逐步建成以院文献情报中心为核心的、科学的、完善的学科情报体系的一些设想。

This paper discusses the increase in categories operational direction and the support of research funds for theSubject Information Networks of the Chinese Academy of Sciences(SIN).All the discussion is in the light of thedevelopment of SIN of the academy and especially the Physics Information Network in construction,theoreticalresearch,service and training.It emphasizes the importance of healthfully growing for SIN.Then some significantideas about establishing progressively a scientific,perfect SIN system are put forward.
