摘要
本文根据运筹学的理论方法,按照图书馆流通部门读者到达和服务时间的概率规律,建立了一系列流通服务的数学模型及其监控指标体系。利用这些数学模型和监控指标体系,各图书馆流通部门可以制定既能满足读者需求又能最大限度地发挥服务效益的工作策略,且能明确今后的优化方向,从而使流通服务工作从直觉的经验化管理迈向科学化、现代化管理。
In this paper we present,by the theory of operational research,a series of mathematical models in the librarycirculating services and the monitoring index systems,according to the probability laws of readers coming to libra-ry and service hours needed by the circulating departments of libraries.Using these mathematical models andmonitoring index systems,the circulating departments can not only formulate service tactics which can satisfy theneeds of readers and bring maximal working efficiency,but also pave the way for further improvement of the man-agement of libraries.
