本文对民用建筑物裂缝的产生及其发展进行了科学的分析,讨论了变形变化与荷载变化对建 筑裂缝产生的影响,并着重讨论了变形变化对建筑物裂缝产生的影响,指出了各部位裂缝产生的原因及其特 征,并从设计、施工及管理维修的不同角度提出了预防和处理裂缝的方法。

This paper analyses the formation and development of domestic building crack, discusses the effect that distortion and load diversification impact on architecture crack, points out the causations and characteristics of crack in different parts. It also puts forward the prevention and treatment method from the aspects of design, construction and management.
