摘要
在分析知识管理各种定义的基础上,总结了目前支持知识管理的信息技术和知识管理系统,界定了知识管理系统的主要功能.分析了建筑工程质量管理的现状,提出了其管理流程中的隐性知识和显性知识的传递和转化线路,并探讨了在建筑工程质量管理中运用知识管理的可能性;分析了质量知识管理系统的系统构成、反馈机制和技术路线等问题,对知识管理在质量管理领域的应用有一定的推动作用,并在此基础上开发湖北省建筑工程质量管理系统.
On the basis of reviewing the different definitions of knowledge management(KM),KM system and information technology supporting KM are summarized, and the main functions about KM system are defined. Actuality of engineering quality management is analyzed and the importing and translation path about explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge is imposed. The impossibility of KM application in engineering quality management, composing, feedback mechanism and technology route of Quality KM are discussed. It will drive the KM application in engineering quality management. As a practice, the Engineering Quality Management of Hubei Province is developed.
