摘要
详细论述了3/2接线方式下运行开关发生闭锁故障时对电网运行的危害程度,分析了采取不同处理方法的原理和利弊,提出了在隔离220kV故障开关时采用开关操作法优于刀闸解环法的结论,希望对220kV开关操作有指导作用。
The harm of circuit breaker lock failure to grid operation under 3/2 connection mode was discussed in detail. The priciple and pros and cons of different treatment way were analysed. The conclusion, which was put forward, is that to use circuit breaker operating method is superior to isolator paralle off when isolating the faulty 220 kV circuit breaker, and its instructive function for operating 220 kV circuit breaker is expected.
