摘要
目的 评价脑安胶囊萃取液抗血栓形成的作用。方法 采用超临界 CO2 流体萃取技术 ,分离出脑安胶囊的萃取液。参照动 -静脉旁路血栓形成法 ,建立大鼠血栓形成模型。以不同浓度的脑安胶囊萃取液及阳性药物阿司匹林用于实验大鼠 3 d后 ,分别测定血栓湿重。结果 脑安胶囊萃取液高剂量组 ( 80 mg· kg- 1 )和阿司匹林 ( 3 0 0 mg· kg- 1 )对照组的血栓湿重显著减少 ,与溶剂对照比较 ,P均 <0 .0 5 ;但两组间比较 ,P>0 .0 5 ;而脑安胶囊萃取液 2 0 ,40 mg· kg- 1 组的血栓湿重与溶剂对照组比较 ,P均 >0 .0 5。
OBJECTIVE To estimate the effect of Nao'an capsule extraction on anti-thrombosis.METHODS Supercritical CO 2 fluid extraction technique was used to separate the extraction of Nao'an capsules.The thrombosis models in rats were established according to the method of arteriovenous bypass thrombosis.The wet weight of thrombus was respectively measured after the extraction of Nao'an capsules with different cocentrations and aspirin were given to the experimental rats for 3 days.RESULTS The wet weight of thrombus in the group of high dose extraction of Nao'an capsules(80mg·kg -1)and the control group of aspirin(300mg·kg -1)was significantly decreased compared to the control group of dissolvent (P<0.05);while there was no significant difference in these two groups(P>0.05).No difference was observed between the wet weight of thrombus in the groups of the extraction of Nao'an capsules(20and 40mg·kg -1)and the control group of dissolvent(P>0.05).。CONCLUSION High dose extraction of Nao'an capsules has antagonism on thrombosis in experimental rats.
