1997～2003年度我院2823例住院病人地高辛血药浓度监测与分析

Analysis of Serum Digoxin Concentration of 2823 Hospitalized Patients from 1997 to 2003.

目的 对我院 1997～ 2 0 0 3年度地高辛血药浓度 ( SDC)监测结果进行分析。 方法 采用荧光偏振免疫法 ( FPIA)测定 SDC。 结果 7年监测 SDC2 82 3例 ,其中在治疗窗 ( 0 .5～ 2 .0 ng· ml- 1 )范围内的占监测总数的 64 .3 3 % ;>2 .0 ng· ml- 1 ,约占 11.47% ;<0 .5 ng· ml- 1占2 4.2 %。性别对 SDC无显著影响 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ,年龄对 SDC有显著影响 ( P<0 .0 5 )。 结论

OBJECTIVE The retrospective study analyzed the result of the serum digoxin concentration (SDC)from 1997 to 2003 in this hospital.METHODS The SDC were determined by the fluorescence polarization immunoassay (FPIA)with TDx.RESULTS The concentrations in the therapeutic window were 64.33%;were 11.47% above 2.0ng·ml -1;were24.2% below 0.5ng·ml -1.Sex had no perfect statistical mean(P>0.05);The SDC level in the group above the age of 70y was higher than that in the group under 70y(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS SDC monitoring can offer the dependable basis of giving the individual clinical therapy.
