摘要
从装置安全的角度阐述了设备管理的重要性,说明了管理好设备就从硬件上搞好了安全的观点。
In the viewpoint of safety of petrochemical plant, the importance of equipment management was analyzed. It is showed that better equipment management is making well safety from hardware.
