摘要
智能PID设计系统SmartPlant P＆ID在南海PMC项目上的应用取得了成功,同时也暴露了一些问题,其中许多问题与软件的实施管理有关。笔者将着重从项目管理的角度论述如何在工程设计行业更好地实施智能PID系统。
The application of SmartPlant P&ID is successful in Nanhai PMC project, but many problems have observed during the implementation. However most of the problems turn out to be management issues. The article presents the philosophy on how to implement the system more successfully from the point of view of project management.
