在分析了定、转子通风槽板结构的基础上 ,介绍了一种新的制造工艺 ,并对其工艺流程、模具结构及冲裁设备进行了探讨。使用此种新工艺可以使模具成本大大降低 ,同时也缩短了生产准备周期 ,提高了生产效率。

Based on the analyses to the structure of the ventil at ion slot of stator and rotor, the author introducts a new manufacturing techniqu e. Furthermore, the technological process, dying structure and blanking equipmen t are approached in this article. It will reduce the dying cost greatly to adopt the new technology, and also shorten the production preparation cycle, Increas e the production efficiency.
