不同免疫次数对大鼠血清总IgE和特异性IgE的影响 被引量：10

The Influence of Immunized Times on Specific and Total IgE Production in Wistar Rat

摘要 为观察不同免疫次数对大鼠血清总IgE和特异性IgE随时间变化的影响,采用腹腔注射卵 蛋白(OVA)和氢氧化铝混悬液的方式免疫大鼠,从第8天起每隔5 d心内采血一次,所得血清 用ELISA法测定血清总IgE和OVA-sIgE水平;结果发现:1)单次免疫和加强免疫均可以使大鼠 血清总IgE升高,且升高程度之间差异无显著性(P>0.05);2)单次免疫和加强免疫均可以使大 鼠血清OVA-sIg水平升高,第13天前两者变化趋势相似,第18天时出现差异,第23天时差异具 有显著性(P<0.05)。提示:增加免疫次数可使特异性IgE抗体进一步升高,但对血清总IgE影响 不明显。
