摘要
目的总结外伤性颈内动脉海绵窦瘘(TCCF)血管内神经介入治疗的经验。方法应用BOSTON公司及BALT公司球囊导管及球囊,在X线电视监视下经右股动脉插管。在球囊内注入适量等渗非离子造影剂(优维显)闭塞瘘口。结果13例病人全部治愈,11例一次栓塞成功,2例两次栓塞成功,颈内动脉通畅率为100%,无并发症发生。结论可脱性球囊经血管内神经介入栓塞治疗TCCF,其损伤小、安全可靠,可作为TCCF的首选治疗方法。
Objective To summarize experiences of endovascular treatment in traumatic carotid cavernous fistulas (TCCF). Methods Using Boston Company and Balt Company balloon catheters and balloon, catheterization through femoral artery under fluoroscopy were performed with isosmotic and nonionic contrast agent for displaying the fistula. Results All patiants were embolized and treated successfully,Which once in 11 cases and twice in 2 case. 100% of internal caritid arteries were preserved. No complication occurred. Conclusion Embolization treatment with detachable balloon for TCCF is safe and effective, only with little-hurt. It can be the treatment of choice .
