基于系统观点的城市住区规划设计理论研究

A Theoretical Study on Planning and Design of Urban Residential District based on Systems Theory

从城市居住小区与城市巨系统之悖论引开,提出从系统观点出发,结合相关学科的研究成果,形成新的城市住区规划设计的基本思想和观点。文中从城市住区规划设计必须遵循的基本原则;住区规划设计应从属于城市规划设计范畴;住区和社区一体化规划设计;将生态规划纳入住区规划设计和持续发展的住区规划设计观等五方面进行了论述。

To begin with the contradiction between urban residential district and urban gigantic system, this article puts forward a point of view from the angle of systems theory. Then, the author combines some research results of relevant subjects, and forms a new basic thought on the planning and design of urban residential district.
