摘要
目的 通过动物实验初步了解外源性降钙素相关肽 (CGRP)对预防性拮抗内皮素 - 1(ET - 1)致肺出血的作用 .方法 ①使用新生Wistar乳鼠经气道分别给予高、中、低三种不同浓度的外源性CGRP ,了解其与肺出血的相关性 ;②将 4 0只乳鼠随即分成 4组 ,对照组先用生理盐水气道给药 ,实验组分别给予高、中、低三种不同浓度的外源性CGRP ,观察 1小时后每组再经气道给予外源性ET - 1,观察不同组间肺病理改变 .结果 ①使用从浓度 6 .7× 10 -10mol/L~ 6 .7× 10 -6mol/L的外源性CGRP的实验组病理改变与对照组组间比较差异无显著性 (p >0 .0 5 ) .②经高浓度CGRP预处理的肺内滴入ET - 1后肺组织损伤程度最轻 .结论 外源性CGRP没有肺出血的影响并且可以预防性拮抗ET - 1致肺出血的反应 .
Objective CGRP is the strongest vasodlating peptide and important to support low tension for lung vessel. ET-1 is the strongest contractor and closely to hypoxic pulmonary hypertension. Our stduy hope to know whether pretreatment with exogenous CGRP can antagonist pulmonary hemorrhage of newborn rat induced by exogenous ET-1. Methods ①To study of relationship between CGRP and pulmonary hemorrhage:Wistar bewborn rat were dropped different concentration of CGRP by tracheal intubation. ②Forty Wistar newborn rat (age 4~5d) were randomly divided into 4 groups, the control gorup drop saline and experiment group drop different concentration of CGRP,then after 1 hour drop ET-1 and observe the morphological change in the ling. Results ①There was differend on the effect to pulmanary hemorrhage in four gronps (p>0.05). ②the degree of lung injury in the low concentration group and control group was more serious than in high concentration group (p<0.05). Conclusions The exogenous CGRP can not cause pulmonary hemorrhage of the newborn rat and also can antagonistic action of pulmonary hemorrhage induced by ET-1.
