It first appeared in the 1960s.Since the Bush took office,who is a neo conservatism of the Republican Party, the neoconservatism has had profound impac t on America foreign policies. Bush's administration implements an arrogant Ame ricanism for defining American status over the world ,moral object of its foreig n policies and the relations with others, stresses unilaterally the effects of i deology and its stratigical advantages on maintaining American leading position over the world. Under the conditions of speeding up globalization and continuous ly deepening the international economic cooperation and reliance.
