摘要
传统的汉语普通话教学都是以声母和韵母为中心组织教学的 ,声调则处于次要地位 ,这种教学方法的理论依据是“声韵中心论”。“声韵中心论”没有也不可能正确反映普通话语音的本质特征 ,它对我国的普通话教学测试 ,普通话推广工作造成的不利影响是必须正视的 ,因此 ,推广“声调中心论”势在必行。“声调中心论”在普通话教学、对外汉语教学、普通话测试 ,以及在我国普通话推广工作中具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。
The traditional way of teaching PuTongHua centres around Shengmu(the initial of the syllable) and Yunmu(final) and the teaching of tone is always secondary. The traditional approach is based on the belief that the initial and final are the centre of PuTongHua, which didn't and cannot reflect the phonetic nature of PuTongHua and will surely result in negative effects on teaching, testing and popularizing PuTongHua. Therefore it is necessary to popularize the idea that tone is the centre. The idea possesses important theoretical and practical value in PuTongHua teaching, teaching Chinese to foreigners, PuTongHua Capacity Test ,and then in PuTonghua popularization.
