摘要
工程项目管理的内容涉及到质量、安全、成本、工期等许多综合目标因素 ,这些目标因素还包含描述其含义的许多管理子元素 ,它们之间的关系难以准确表示 ,存在相当的模糊性 .试图通过运用Fuzzy集合理论与模糊综合评审的方法 ,对这些模糊指标的数值进行分析 ,并在此基础上对建筑企业的项目管理能力进行排序 .
Construction project management includes many synt he tic objective elements such as quality, safety, cost and working peroid. And th ose elements also include many management sub-elements to describe themselves. A ll the relations between those elements and sub-elements are hard to be expresse d and fuzzy. The paper tries to provide a synthetic fuzzy evaluation way to anal yze constrction project management ability and seriate the construction company by fuzzy set theory.
