由于建筑工程项目的成本与进度是密切相关的 ,工程中所有费用的发生、结算和占用时间、资源的消耗量以及相应工程量的完成情况等因素都会给施工成本带来波动 ,所以在工程成本管理中不考虑或不能全面考虑工程进度对成本的影响都是不科学的 .通过工程实例分析施工成本和进度的相互关系 ,并演示如何通过计算机对成本和进度进行集成控制 .

Because of the close interrelation between cost an d progress of construction project, exact time of each occurrence, payment and the occupied time of each cost item will bring about fluctuation of total construct ion cost and so do resource consumption and respective work quantities. It is un scientific to fail to consider or insufficiently consider the impact of construc tion progress to cost thereof. The relation between construction cost and progre ss through case study and demonstrates the method of integrated control of cost- progress through computer is analyzed in this paper.
