摘要 在介绍水质指标—BOD现有测定方法的基础上 ,综述了用于水中BOD快速测定的BOD生物传感器的研究现状及发展趋势 .重点说明了其速测原理及其核心部分—微生物膜的研究状况 ,总结了目前BODs用于水质测定的特点、种类及存在的问题 ,并就目前本课题组的研究现状进行了简单介绍 . This paper summarized the study state and developm en t trend of microbial sensor for BOD determination on the basis of introducing of existed BOD monitoring methods. It illuminated the determination mechanism of B ODs and the research status of membrane. The characteristics, sorts and deficien cy of BODs were also discussed.
