摘要
阐述了公积金贷款的概念,针对利用住房公积金发放建设项目贷款和单位购建住房贷款存在的逾期问题,提出降低贷款风险,确保住房公积金正常运行的有效办法。
This paper expounds the concept of housing accumulation fund loan,in the light of the existing problems that loans are often put off to pay back in use of housing accumulation fund loans for construction project and company accommodation,puts forward the effective ways of reducing the risk of loans and ensuring the normal circulation of housing accumulation fund.
