摘要
文章结合党的科学发展观,认为高校应树立教学管理的科学发展观,着力提高毕业设计(论文)质量,实施规范化管理,以全面提升学生的综合素质和实践能力。
Connecting with scientific development view of the party,this paper emphasizes on that the university should set up education scientific development view to improve the quality of pre-graduated designing or papers,implements standardization administration for the purpose of improving students' comprehensive quality and practice ability.
