摘要
作为一种较新的压缩机选型,新氢压缩机与循环氢压缩机二合一机组已较多应用于石化行业的加氢精制装置中,并逐渐被大家认可。该文首先介绍二合一机组的技术特点及应用范围,且结合实例对二合一机组与常规分开机组进行比较,分析了在工程设计及运行操作中应注意的问题,最后对机组的国产化进行了探讨。
As a relative new selection of compressor, fresh hydrogen compressor/ recycle hydrogen compressor two in one machine set had been used in hydrogenated unit for petrochemical Industry. And was gradually recognized by everybody. In this article, the mechanical feature of two in one set and the correct application range were recommended at first. And then, in combination with actual example, the two in one machine set was compared with the normal separated machine set, the matters needing attention during engineering design and operation were analyzed. Finally, the domestication of machine set was discussed.
