摘要
乙烯裂解炉炉管运行16000h后出现大面积断裂,通过取样进行化学成分分析、常温及高温拉伸 试验、高温持久强度试验、常温冲击试验以及金相组织检验,对炉管失效原因进行了分析研究。
A large area of fracture occurred on ethylene cracking furnace tube after operation for 1600 hour. By means of sample chemical composition analysis, ambient temperature and high temperature tension test, high temperature durable strength test, ambient temperature impact test and metallographic examination, the failure reason of furnace tube was analyzed and researched.
