乳腺癌中E-cadherin的表达及其临床病理意义

Expression of E-cadherin and its clinical pathological significance in breast carcinoma

目的 探讨上皮钙黏附素 (E cadherin ,E cad)与乳腺癌临床病理和生物学行为的关系。方法 用免疫组化S P法检测乳腺浸润性导管癌和浸润性小叶癌中E cad的表达情况及其与淋巴结转移、ER、PR表达水平的相关性。结果 乳腺浸润性导管癌E cad表达高于浸润性小叶癌 ,有淋巴结转移者E cad表达低于无转移者 ,E cad高表达在乳腺浸润性导管癌及浸润性小叶癌中均与ER、PR表达水平成正相关。结论 E cad可作为乳腺癌分类。

Purpose To investigate the relationship of expression of E-cadherin (E-cad) and biological behaviors in breast carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect E-cad, ER and PR in 60 cases of invasive ductal and lobular carcinomas of the breast and their lymph node status. Results Higher expression of E-cad was detected in invasive ductal carcinoma than that in invasive lobular carcinoma, and E-cad was positively correlated with ER and PR status in breast carcinoma. Conclusions E-cad has a great role in assessing the classification, lymph node metastasis and prognosis in breast carcinoma.
