摘要
选择胺甲醛改性聚丙烯酰胺(AMPAM)浓度及其加量按L_9(3~4)进行正交试验,以考察钛液杂质的沉降效果。确定了在无机凝聚剂存在下AMPAM浓度及其加量,显著缩短钛液杂质的沉降时间。
Take the concentration of amineformaldehydemodified polyacrylamide(AMPAM) and itsdosage as variables to carry out the orthogonalexperiments〔L_9(3~4)〕to investigate the settlingeffect of impurities in Ti solution.Experimentshas shown that at the presence of inorganic floc-culant,the settling time of the impurities can begrealty reduced at an optimum AMPAM concen-tration and dosage.
