排行不能只是同辈亲属间长幼的实际存在 ,而更应该是活跃在实际口头交际中的称谓系统。排行的盛行与封建社会宗法家长制的统治和长幼有序的伦理道德有着直接的联系。排行在用字、性别构成。
Chinese paihang can not just be the actual indication of the seniority among the same generation relatives, and it shoud be a kind of address system in the actual oral communication.The prevalence of paihang has the direct contact with the patriarchal system in feudalistic society and the ethics morals of the respect for seniority. Chinese paihang has its own characteristics at the choice of words, the sex constitution and the scope.
