摘要
选用新型催化剂,采用聚乙二醇与酚醛树脂预醚化工艺合成水溶胶型自于醇酸树脂并配制底漆。叙述了合成树脂反应机理和合成工艺。讨论了醚化催化剂、脂肪酸种类、树脂醇超量和K值等因素对树脂和涂层性能的影响。
An air dry waterbased hydrosol alkyd resin andprimer formulated with it have been prepared bythe process of preetherification of polyethyleneglycol and phenolic resin at the presence of anew type of catalyst.The principle and prepara- I tion technology of the resin has been presented.The influence of catalyst for etherifcation,vari-eties of fatty acids,alcohol excess and K valueon the properties of resin and coating film werealso discussed.
