聚醚砜涂料耐温200℃,抗张强度78～88MN/m^2,与钢板的粘接力11.57MN/m^2,具有高度的防腐蚀性和耐射线性。叙述了聚醚砜涂料用树脂的合成、涂料的涂覆工艺和性能测试结果。讨论了树脂的端基类型和分子量对涂层性能的影响。
Polyether sulfone coating has the advantages ofheat resistance to 200℃,tensile strength 78~88MN/m^2,adhesion on steel 11.57 MN/m^2 and high-ly corrosion and radiation resistant.The synthesis,application process and properties test results of the Iresin and coating have been described.The effect ofterminal groups of the resin and MW on the filmproperties has been discussed.
