摘要
本文在全面总结"九五"、"十五"863计划支持建设的海洋环境监测和信息服务系统技术设计的基础上,提出了系统设计所必须考虑的技术因素以及规范化系统总体设计的内容,包括系统组成结构、模块化功能、数据流程、运行管理模式等技术设计,在技术层面上,对各类海洋环境监测和信息服务业务化系统设计与建设有一定参考意义和指导作用。
The article raised the substance of system design technique factor which must to be thinking about and the standard system overall design accordiance to the sum up of the sea and ocean environmental monitering and the message service system technique design which was supported and set up by 863 project of '95' '15' , it's includs the technique design as system structure , integrated function , data process and operation manage , the article could be help the all kinds of sea and ocean environmental monitoring and message service system technique design .
