摘要
通过合成基基液的性能比较 ,结合海洋深水钻井的特点 ,对具有较好低温稳定性、能有效抑制气体水合物、稳定地层的聚α 烯烃合成基钻井液进行了研究 ,并对形成稳定聚α 烯烃合成基钻井液的乳化剂进行了合成、筛选和评价。提出了与该体系相配套的乳化剂、降滤失剂等系列处理剂 ,并通过对合成基钻井液处理剂的研究 ,在实验室建立了适合海洋深水钻井的聚α
Through the comparison of synthetic base fluid properties, in combination with the characteristics of deep sea drilling, a study is conducted on a poly α-olefin synthetic base drilling fluid, which is of good and low temperature stability for effectively inhibiting gas hydrate and stabilizing the formation, the emulsifier for creating a poly α-olefin synthetic base drilling fluid is synthesized, screened and evaluated. Series treating agents, such as emulsifiers, fluid loss reducers are proposed for matching with the system, and through study of a treating agent for the synthetic base drilling fluid, a poly α-olefin synthetic based drilling fluid system is established in laboratory.
