十六大前后,中共关于唯物史观中包含"社会发展"和"人的发展"两个历史过程的论断及其体系,已形成继承马恩并有创新的成熟的"执政哲学"。面对它,继续说唯物史观只从社会关系出发而不是从现实个人出发,认定人的需要只有社会性而无自然性,都不对。

Facing conclusions and systems of two history processes,which are consisted of social development and human developmen in historical materialism,we can neither suppose that historical materialism start from social relation not from real individual,nor think human needs are only of social property but no natural property.
