国际体育仲裁制度对我国建立体育仲裁制度的启示

International Sports Arbitration System and its Influence On Chinese Sports Arbitration System to be Established

体育仲裁是解决体育纠纷的有效方式之一。国际体育仲裁制度在解决与体育运动有关的纠纷与争端中发挥着日益重要的作用。目前,我国尚未建立体育仲裁制度。通过对国际体育仲裁制度的主要特点进行分析,结合我国解决体育纠纷的现状,提出一些看法和建议,以期有助于我国体育仲裁制度的建立。

Sports arbitration is one of the efficient ways of settling sports disputes. International sports arbitration system plays an increasingly important role in the settlement of disputes relating to sports. Sports arbitration system has yet to be established in China. After making an analysis of the main features of international sports arbitration system in the paper, the author, in view of the current state of the settlement of sports disputes in China,makes a number of suggestions with the hope that they might lend themselves to the establishment of sports arbitration system in China.
