摘要
本文介绍了自行设计的探头外径为φ3.0mm四棱形五孔探针的研制情况。它可方便可靠地满足工程上定量测量旋流三元流动参数要求。探测流动角可达30℃。采用四阶多项式拟合校准实验数据后,流动角标准偏差小于0.3°,总压及动压相对偏差不大于1.2%。 发现M=0.3~0.6,流动角0°~±30℃五孔探针所有的校准压力系数几乎不受M数变化的影响。这一发现,有大幅度节省吹风实验费用的现实意义,值得借鉴。
This paper introduces the development of a designed five-hole probe of 3 mm in diameter which is shaped in a prismoid with a square cross section. The probe can reliably satisfy the requirement of quantitatively measuring the parameters of three-dimensional swirl flow for engineering application. The measurable flow angles are up to 30°. By using the fourth order polynomials to fit the calibration data set, the standard deviation of flow angles is controlled under 0.3° and the relative deviation of total pressure and dynamic pressure under 1.2%.
It was fonud that when Math numbers are within 0.3-0.6 and flow angles within 0°-±30°,all the calibration pressure coefficients are independent from Mach numbers. This result of discovery can be used as reference to greatly save the expenses of wind tunnel tests.
