在对现有权重确定方法总结的基础上 ,提出基于改进灰色关联度的权重确定方法 .给出了具体的计算公式和步骤 ,并应用于航空武器装备项目风险评价中 。

A method of determining weight based on improved grey relation grade, on basis of summing up the existing methods, is put forward in the paper. At the same time , concrete formulas and steps are given. At last, the method is put into Aviation Weapon Equipment project risk evaluation, which proves that the mean has better objectivity.
