摘要
腐败现象产生根源在于新旧体制转轨、市场机制不完善、相应的法律法规建设滞后及执法中存在的问题、权力缺乏有效的监督和制约以及人性中的弱点。
The particular reasons for bringing about the corruptions in China are due to the transformational substitution of two systems, the undeveloped mechanism of market, the untimely legislation of the laws appropriate to the real situation, the big problems in the execution of some laws, and the ineffective supervision and balance of the political powers, and the bad desire of people.
