摘要
法律语言的准确性是从确切与模糊的对立统一中显示出来的,确切词语和模糊词语在法律语言中的使用具有一定的规律性,其目的是为准确达意服务,共同体现出法律语言的准确性。
The veracity of law term is shown from the relativity of exactness to blur. It is a definite rule to use the exact vocabulary and blurry vocabulary on the law. The aim of using exact vocabulary and blurry vocabulary is to express exactly and incarnate the veracity of law term.
